Dancer’s Breakfast

When I was dancing everyday, I ate this between classes.  It tastes good and isn’t heavy, you could run a marathon after eating this.

Ingredients:

  • low-fat cottage cheese (yuck, I know)
  • canned pineapple chunks
  • fresh blueberries

Method:

  1. Top cottage cheese with pineapple and blueberries.
