Left Over Pot Roast Muck = Soup Base!

I made pot roast the other night (delicious) and what’s left is the meat juice and 3-hour-boiled onion and garlic —I know I’m not gonna eat that!  So I added some spinach, boiled it up, blended it—ta da—soup!  I will have to try this with the left over “muck” from other stews and braised meats. Waste not, want not.
